The story of Kaise Tumse Kahoon revolves around a married couple. it is just a normal story of a family that includes a busy husband with a tight schedule who almost forgets all the occasions in the family and somehow gets stuck up. However the couple got married out of love. But the husband named Mansoor believes that things and priorities change after marriage. And his wife Annu should understand this fact as well.
At the same time Annu has a cousin named Minhaj who has just returned from abroad and is a carefree type of a person who looks at life with another perspective. It seems so far that Minhaj likes Annu somehow but would never interfere still in her married life to spoil it....
